My Golf Locker - Service Enhancements

Announcing new enhancements to our My Golf Locker service...


Thank you for being a My Golf Locker Patron. Since we introduced this service earlier this golf season, thousands of golfers have enrolled, and we are thrilled to serve you as one of our Patrons. We have been working daily to improve our technology for this service, and a couple of those newly released improvements are outlined below.


“add to My Golf Locker list” - We’re very excited about this new feature. For those of you that like to browse our website for new or specific items, we have included a button on each item’s webpage for you to add that item to your “Golf Locker List”. This list serves as a suggestion list for us to shop from when filling your future Locker shipments.


In order to add items to your Locker List, please log in to your account, visit any item page, enter your desired sizes, and the "add to My Golf Locker list" button will appear. Click on that button, and the item will be added to your Locker List, where you can prioritize items to your wishes. We will then shop your wishes accordingly for your next My Golf Locker shipments.


This technology is the first of its kind in the online personal shopping service world, and we’re excited to have you utilize this feature if you feel the need. With over 25,000 items on our website, you are bound to find something that you would like to see in your next Locker shipment.


And for those of you that simply don’t care to shop at all, that’s why we started this service in the first place. You don’t have to use the Locker List feature, and we will continue to send you items that fit your profile, feedback, past likes and current needs based on your location and climate.

Locker Shipment Tracking Emails - We are now sending tracking numbers for My Golf Locker shipments the day that your Locker ships from us. In those emails is also a tracking number for your return label that is included with your shipment, should you need to use the return label.


We are happy to serve you with these most recent enhancements. Watch for more service enhancements coming in the near future.

To view/edit your Patron Profile:

Use your email address and the password that was emailed to you last evening or your regular Golf Locker password to login. Then choose from the dropdown menu what aspect of your profile you’d like to view or change.


To view/edit your Locker List:

Log in with your email address and password, then choose and prioritize items that fit your needs for future Locker shipments.


To change your password:

Use your email address and current password to log in, then our system will allow you to change your password.


If you forgot or need to retrieve your password:

Enter your email address and click the “Forgot password?” link. You will receive an email with instructions on how to acquire a new password.
