We consider these golf shirts to be mid to lightweight.  Not quite lightweight, but not heavy either.  These are very full cut golf shirts as well.  So if you are kind of in between sizes, we suggest the smaller of the two.  The fabric has a nice cotton feel to it, along with a little stretchiness - just a little.
