We ship to all of North America, Europe, Asia and Australia with limited shipping to South American countries. We do not ship to any African countries. There are no exceptions.
International Ordering Policy (please read BEFORE placing your first order)
Create an account on our website
If you are attempting to pay for your order with a credit card that has a billing address outside the 50 United States, please create an account on our website so that we may approve the account for ordering once we verify your credit card. Click on the 'your account' tab at the top of any page on our site, and create your account there.
General Guidelines for International Customers
1. For faster processing of your orders, we suggest faxing us your most recent statement for credit card and photo ID for verification before you place your first order. See instructions below.
2. Since we must contact your credit card issuing bank to verify your credit card, please allow an extra 2-3 days for your order to ship so that we may complete the verification process.
3. If your billing address will not be verified by your credit card issuing bank, which is often the case, we require you to fax us a copy of your most recent credit card statement and a copy of your photo ID that shows your name and billing address. See instructions below.
4. We will only ship to your billing address or an address inside the United States. If your billing address is in one country, we will not ship your order to any other address in your country or another country except for a US shipping address. If you do have your order shipped to a US address, you will need to fax us your credit card statement for verification. See instructions below.
Reasons we REQUIRE you faxing us your credit card statement and photo ID BEFORE shipping your order
There are a few reasons that we require you to fax us your credit card statement and photo ID for credit card verification before we will ship your order. For faster processing of your orders, we suggest faxing us your most recent statement and photo ID for verification before you place your first order.
The statement is the bill that your credit card company sends to you every month. The statement must include your billing address and the credit card number. You don't have to include recent transactions. The statement must be from the card issuing bank that has been verified by us and the logo and name of the bank must be on the statement that you fax to us.
Canadian Customers - Since Canadian banks will not verify any of your credit card details due to Canadian law, we require every customer that uses a credit card with a Canadian billing address to fax us a copy of your most recent credit card statement and photo ID.
Shipping address inside the United States - If you are using a credit card with a billing address outside the 50 United States, and you want to have your order shipped to a United States address, you must fax us a copy of your credit card statement and photo ID for verification before we will ship your order.
Your card issuing bank won't verify your card - We will contact the bank that has issued the credit card you are using to pay for your order. In many cases the bank won't verify your billing address. In this case, you must fax us your most recent credit card statement for verification along with a copy of your photo ID that includes your name and credit card billing address.
