Here is our guarantee to you - if you order these shoes and then find that you are not happy with them due to any cosmetic blemish, we will refund you the original purchase price, any ground shipping charges (air shipping charges excluded) you paid to have the shoes shipped to you and provide you with a return label to have the shoes shipped back to us free of charge.

We cannot refund you for shipping charges for return shipping via another source, however, you must use a return shipping label provided by us.  The shoes must not have been worn or broken in.  They must be in the same condition that we sent them to you.  How's that - no risk for you.  That's how positive we are that you will love these shoes.  (This guarantee only applies to shoes shipped to and returned from continental US addresses.)
