These shoes are considered "factory blemishes" by FootJoy.  An example of a blemish would be if a piece of the sole was not trimmed properly or if there is a tiny little scuff on the shoe somewhere.  We inspect every pair of shoes before we ship them, so if there is any overly noticeable blemish, we will notify you before we ship them to verify that you still want the shoes.
