Special Order Items

Some of the items on our site are considered special order items for a couple of reasons.  Either the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer, or the item has some kind of personalization on it such as embroidered items, logo or imprinted golf balls and the likes.

 

You will be charged for these items when your order is processed, which may be before the item is shipped.  No changes or cancellations can be made to Special Order items once your order is placed.

 

These items are not eligible for return or exchange with us, so please make sure your order is correct before completing the checkout process. 

 

We will email your tracking information for these items when it is available from the manufacturer.
