My Golf Locker Patrons (our personal shopping service) - In order to receive free return shipping, please use the prepaid return label that was included in your Locker shipment within 14 days of receiving your Locker. My Golf Locker Patrons do not require an RA# since we provided you the return label that includes our reference number. We will process your return or exchange once we receive your package and notify you via email. That's as simple as the procedure is for My Golf Locker Patrons and their Locker shipments. You have nothing else to do. For orders placed directly through our website, please follow the procedure below.

 

If you set up an account on GolfLocker.com when you placed your order, please sign in to your account below and continue with our automated returns process.

 

If you did not set up an account when you placed your order, please click on this link and fill out the return/exchange form in order for us to email you an RA#.

 

Golf Locker's Basic Returns Policy is simple!

 

Within 60 days of your order ship date, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just send it back to us in the same condition that we sent it to you (with the tags), and we will refund your money minus shipping charges.

 

You must initiate a request for a return authorization number (RA#) within 60 days of your order ship date, and we must receive your return within 14 days of issuing you an RA#. Click here to read our entire Return/Exchange Policy.
