FREE Standard Shipping Offer Details
GolfLocker.com is offering FREE Standard shipping on orders totaling $100 or more of merchandise. The total does not include sales tax or discounts of any kind. Standard shipping times vary depending on your location from 1 to 7 business days from the day of shipping. This offer applies only to orders shipped to the Continental United States.
To see the shipping charges for your order, add items to your cart, then click on the "See Your Shipping Charges" button while you are in the cart. A window will pop up, and you can enter a shipping address and shipping method to see your shipping charges for the items in your cart.
Some items are not included in the FREE shipping offer such as small accessories, super sale items, oversized items and team, corporate or tournament orders. In other words, the price of these items does not count toward the $100 to qualify for free shipping. The web page for items not included in the FREE shipping offer will indicate that message on the item's web page.
The price of all FootJoy MyJoys golf shoes also do not count towards the $100 threshold for free shipping since they are shipped directly from FootJoy. These custom golf shoes do come with free shipping, but their cost doesn't count towards the $100 to have other products shipped for free from us.
To view your shipping charges, simply add items to your cart, click on the "See Your Shipping Charges" button, enter your zip code, and your shipping charge for the items currently in your cart will be displayed.
If your order was eligible for free standard shipping when you placed your order, and you return items from that order that reduces your order total below the amount necessary for free standard shipping, your refund will be reduced by the shipping charge that you would have paid on your original order. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and returns. For instance, if you order shoes that include free shipping, and you would like to exchange them for a different size, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the shoes back to us and for the shipping charges for the exchange pair.
If you simply return items that included free shipping, your refund amount will be reduced by the amount that we paid to ship you those items. Since 99% of our customers order the correct size, we opt for lower pricing on the products that we offer rather than free return and exchange shipping with higher prices on those products.
