    Select Shipment Budget & Frequency from the dropdown, and select from the available options:

     

    • Every Other Month (starting this month; 6 months)
    • Each Quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct; 4 months)
    • Choose by Month
    • Only upon Request (Unscheduled from future shipments unless requested)
  • How do I cancel my Locker shipments?

  • Why do I see two charges for my Locker shipment?

    When our stylists begin to build your Locker assortment, our system puts a temporary hold on your card for the full amount of your Locker Budget.

     

    Once the final total of your items is calculated, and your order ships, the hold is dropped, and the actual amount is charged to your card.

  • Why do I have two tracking numbers for my Locker shipment?

    The first FedEx tracking number is the tracking number associated with the Locker that we are shipping to you.

     

    The second FedEx tracking number is associated with the free return shipping label provided inside of your box for returns and exchanges. 

  • How do I provide feedback for the items I receive?

    To leave feedback, please view your Order Status here:

    Then click on the green "LEAVE FEEDBACK" button to provide feedback on each of the items included in your Locker shipment. 

  • How do I request exchanges?

    To request exchanges, please view your Order Status here:

    Then click on the green "LEAVE FEEDBACK" button.

     

    From here, make sure to click "I'm exchanging this item" for any of the items you'd like to exchange.

     

    Fill in the box with your exchange instructions including the specific item(s) you'd like to receive in exchange.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Once we receive your return items back to our facility, it typically takes 3-5 business days for us to process your return.

     

    Please note that after returns are processed, it may take 2-3 business days to post to your account based on your bank or card issuer policies. 

  • How do I update my shipping or payment info?

  • Can I use a gift card for My Golf Locker?

    Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be used for My Golf Locker shipments. 

     

    However, when making your gift card purchase on GolfLocker.com, we recommend using your Personal Shopping Page that conveniently includes items that directly match the settings in your Patron Profile.

  • How can I send My Golf Locker as a gift?

    You can send My Golf Locker as a gift by selecting one of our Gift Lockers

  • How do I return items for credit or exchange?

    You may place the items you wish to return into the My Golf Locker box and use the prepaid FedEx return shipping label, and drop off at any authorized FedEx shipping location.

     

    Please make sure to provide feedback on the items via your Order Status

     

    Once we receive the items, we will issue a refund to the card on file in your My Golf Locker account.

     

    You have 14 days from the date you receive your Locker to make an exchange or return and receive free return shipping via the prepaid FedEx return label that is included with your shipment.

     

    Items returned for a refund or exchange must not have been worn, show any signs of wear and all of the original tags and packaging must accompany the returned item to be eligible for credit.

     

    There is a 60-day time limit on returns from your date of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after 60 days of your receiving date. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

     

     

  • How do I return items that came directly from the manufacturer?

    When we special order items, our stylists can opt to have the items shipped to you directly from the manufacturer for faster delivery.

     

    Items that are delivered directly from the manufacturer will not arrive in a My Golf Locker box, and will not include the free FedEx return shipping label. 

     

    If you need to return or exchange items that arrived directly from the manufacturer, please send us an email, and we will provide you with a FedEx return shipping label for the items.  

  • How do I get a replacement FedEx Return Shipping Label?

  • Can I request sale or discount items in My Golf Locker shipments?

    We send you items from the most popular and most premium brands in golf and lifestyle apparel, shoes and accessories.

     

    Our staff of golf apparel experts will choose the best items for you based on your initial account setup and previously accepted items from other Locker shipments.

     

    If you are looking for steeply discounted items that are closeouts or last year's products, then this service is not for you.

     

    Our service is about ultimate convenience and Supreme Service. The products we include in your Locker will be current offerings from the top brands in golf lifestyle apparel.

     

     

  • How do I request to add a logo to items in my Locker shipments?

    If you would like to add a logo to items included your Locker shipments, please add the desired item(s) and customization details from your Personal Shopping Page and add them to your Locker List.

     

    Please note that any items that are customized through My Golf Locker are not eligible for return or exchange.
